He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics and Accounting in 2011 and joined Marcus & Millichap that same year. Over fourteen years he has built one of the most consistent transaction records in LA multifamily — buildings sold, not just listed, at prices that closed and held.
His practice is focused on seller representation for private clients: individual landlords, family offices, and trusts. He has specific depth on pre-1978 rent-controlled inventory, the 1031 exchange mechanics that shape most sale decisions in his client base, and the increasingly divergent math between pre-1978 and post-1995 LA inventory.
