Upon graduating with an Economics and Accounting degree from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2011, Michael Sterman began his career in investment real estate at the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap. He has been with the firm for 14 years and has been involved in the sale of 223 apartment buildings totaling over $1,300,000,000 dollars.
Growing up in Encino, Greg is a die-hard Lakers and Rams fan. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2014, Greg moved back to LA and began his career at a multinational recruitment firm. This experience molded his client driven approach, and has allowed him to build an extensive professional network over the years.
Shar is a business associate specializing in multifamily investment properties in Los Angeles. Having grown up locally in the city, and graduating from LMU in 2011, Shar has a very deep understanding of the market, not to mention the 10 years of experience cultivating relationships, providing excellent service, and delivering results for his clients.
As a valued member of the Sterman Multifamily Group at Marcus & Millichap, Sari is dedicated to guiding investors through every stage of the transaction process.
