Upon graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics and Accounting, Michael became an apartment specialist with Marcus & Millichap dedicated to guiding investors through every stage of the transaction process. With over 15 years of experience and more than 255 apartment building sales totaling over $1.4 billion, his goal is to help clients build and preserve wealth through disciplined execution — from underwriting and marketing to buyer vetting, contract structuring, and closing. Much of his business comes from repeat clients who trust him to put their interests first.
