Upon graduating with an Economics and Accounting degree from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2011, Michael Sterman began his career in investment real estate at the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap. He has been with the firm for 12 years and has been involved in the sale of 206 apartment buildings totaling over $1,250,000,000 dollars.

Growing up in Encino, Greg is a die-hard Lakers and Rams fan. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2014, Greg moved back to LA and began his career at a multinational recruitment firm. Upon graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in political science, Jonathan Silver began his career in commercial real estate working in Multifamily property management and underwriting for Ridan Inc. and Yale Management. Upon recommendation from the principals of Ridan, Jonathan was hired by Marcus and Millichap.
Amy graduated from The University of Arizona with a B.A. in Communications. After graduating, she entered the PR world where she specialized in creating and executing in-depth marketing strategies for her top-tier clients. Amy has recently moved to Los Angeles where she is excited to break into the real estate industry.
