Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Juliana studied Economics at NYU before working at Morgan Stanley as the Chief of Staff to the CFO of Wealth Management Technology. With a background in finance and a lifelong exposure to real estate investment through family involvement, she decided to transition to working in investment sales.

Juliana considers herself to be a multifamily specialist in Los Angeles with a deep understanding of market trends in Santa Monica and West LA. She is skilled at executing marketing strategies to create extensive exposure of listings resulting in high net proceeds for her clients. She strives to ensure a seamless process from listing to closing.

Through fostering strong relationships with her clients, Juliana is dedicated to helping them navigate the complexities of the real estate landscape and achieve their property goals.
